TP-1600 Efficient Workflow

The operator must first place in the weight box, the weights corresponding to the value of the doses to be carried out plus the weight of an empty bag.
Then, the operator hooks his bag to the bagging mouth and cocks the handle of the feed flaps.
The product flows at high speed. A few kilograms before the end of weighing, it is automatically cut off and the product flows at a low rate to ensure good precision.
Under the action of the compensating lever and the flowing product, the flail tilts forward and automatically cuts off the low flow.
The weighing is ready, the operator can unhook the bag, or possibly control the weight of it with the index of the flail by relieving the compensating lever. An adjustment slider can be used to correct the value of the following doses if necessary.
A weighing counter ensures the counting of the bags.
